Domestic Shipping

1. Processing Time
   - Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
   - Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate, delivery within 3-8 business days.
   - Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate, delivery within 1-4 business days.
   - Free Shipping: On orders over $100.00, delivery within 3-8 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
   - You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

   - Express International Shipping: $30.00 flat rate, delivery within 3-8 business days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
   - Bondi Envy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
   - You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product can be legally imported.

Damages

- Bondi Envy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
